The 2012 Global Atheist Convention Gala Dinner is a wonderful opportunity to meet your fellow attendees and speakers, and most importantly, eat fantastic food. Seating requests are now being accepted, so if you wish to sit with friends, please let us know via dinner@atheistconvention.org.au.
We are not able to accept requests to sit with a specific speaker.
Tables can accommodate up to 10 people each. To reduce emails, please nominate one person per group to coordinate organisation of the table(s). If there is a specific group that you wish to sit with, ie Pharyngula, you must contact the nominated coordinator, as we cannot organise that for you. The coordinator of the group must send in the following for each member of the group:
- Name
- Dietary requirements
- Confirmation number (found at the top of your email receipt)
If you do not send in an email but have purchased multiple Gala Dinner tickets in a single transaction, then those people will be automatically seated together.
Please send in your requests as soon as possible to ensure your spot. If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, don’t worry as there are still tickets left – but get in quick as they are selling fast!

From the tickets page, it is one of the options at the same place you purchased your convention tickets.
